3. Orders

• All custom orders require full payment before processing.

• Once approved and printed, customized items cannot be canceled or refunded.

• For standard (non-custom) items, cancellation is only possible before shipment.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices may change without prior notice due to material or production cost updates.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the mentioned timeline. However, delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen events. MunasCraft will not be responsible for third-party delivery delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customized products are non-returnable. Only defective or incorrect items (as per order proof) may be replaced after verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of MunasCraft. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh.
